We all know that grafting thinning areas results in better coverage. What remains a mystery is how we can improve coverage by simply injecting the area with PRP and Acell. While not all patients may respond, some do. This is an example of a patient who benefited 4 months out from Acell/PRP in the crown alone with hair grafting, Acell/PRP in the frontal area. Injections alone in the crown area without grafts improved overall coverage. Medical treatment without grafts made a significant improvement.
