Follicular Unit Transplantation performed on a 32 year old Caucasian male with:

- NW Class II ant class N-T
- Donor density of 92 FU/cm2
- Hair diameter of ~ 75 microns

Treatment plan:

A FUE procedure with 1800FU to reconstruct the hair line, central core and temporal peaks

Performed procedure (June 16th , 2011):

A Follicular Unit Extraction with 1929FU in a single day session:

* 617 single hair FU
* 911 double FU
* 401 triple hair FU

Extraction performed with a 0.9mm FUE punch with Versi handle™. No microscopic preparation of the single, double and triple follicular unit grafts;
Parallel incisions (single, double and triple units) were made in custom-sized blades technique (~Cutting Edge blades of 0.8mm – 0.9mm);
