This patient with Norwood Class 4 pattern underwent a follicular unit transplant with Dr. True to shore up his frontal hairline erosion and add density to the vertex. A total of 1926 grafts were transplanted via strip procedure consisting of 435 singles, 1222 doubles, 269 threes.
