At the time of the procedure, the patient also underwent a PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) procedure. He was 30 years old and had been experiencing hair loss since he was about 26. The patient started using Propecia approximately 6 months prior to his FUE hair transplant and Rogaine for about a year and a half beforehand.
The patient came in for a 1 year follow-up and was happy with his results The photos presented on this topic are from his 1 year followup. The patient has plenty of donor hair in reserve in the event he needs or wants future work done, such as density in the hairline and frontal core and/or mid-scalp and crown region.
