This pleasant man had 2700 grafts to the front last summer. I recall he'd had some sort of minor hair transplant that gave him minimal results, but an asymetric and wider than normal scar, at some point in the past. He wanted to maximize the front and to have a second case at the earliest possible date as he was planning to leave the country for a while.
Shown are preop and periop pics from case 1, a couple of followups showing the intervening time til exactly 6 months later we did 2500 farther back. Limiting his case size was that old scar, and fairly sparse, thin hairs.
He stopped in the day he left the country and he's about 8.5 months out from case 1 and 2.5 months out from case 2. Hopefully I'll get pics sent in once in a while for followup and posting.
