Here is a patient from Asia who underwent an eyebrow transplant from a local physician and her results were less than satisfactory. There was cobblestoning in the eyebrows (usually resulting from incorrect placement of the grafts) and very little growth in unnatural directions.
I performed a corrective eyebrow transplant and then a small "touch up" procedure 9 months after the initial procedure. Approximately 450 grafts were placed into each eyebrow between the two procedures.
The patient is thrilled with her results and states that her new eyebrows have changed her life and improved her self confidence.
