Here's a fellow that came in with 2 divergent donor scars, separated by a band of good hair. WHY? Who knows, the same guy did both cases and its beyond me why people don't just cut out or sew up to an existing scar....heck I've done a video on it!
Anyhow, we cut out his scar, got 350 grafts, 6 years ago and he stopped by. Now in all fairness, he's had body hair transplantation elsewhere in the meantime, but still wants a bit more hair. So we're talking about me excising this and getting 800-1200 grafts. The trade off is...I took him from 2 wild scars and got him a good one...do we dare play with fire. I can't guarantee him his scar won't be worse....so he's thinking about it and we'll see.
But look at this before and 6 year result...pretty good.
