Here is a patient who presented to me after having undergone 2 previous FUT procedures with other physicians. He was looking for more density in the frontal and mid scalp and to add grafts to his previous strip scar to allow him to cut his hair shorter without the strip scar being visible. The patient is 29 years old and his donor density is below average so the decision was made to be conservative on the number of donor grafts harvested to allow for further treatments in the future when more native hair is lost.
The results are shown after 9 months. The patient is thrilled at present and should see some slight increase in cosmetic density over the next 3-6 months.
