This stout fellow was thinning and miniaturizing from the front on back to the crown. We discussed working around that still quite good frontal tuft, but due to family history and a desire for a really uniform hairline, we opted to go from the hairline on back.
Undoubtedly the decent tuft hairs help account for his stellar appearance at just 6 months, but pay attention to the hairline and “triangles” and you notice that he is a fast grower in previous hairless areas as well. And with a short haircut, his scar is well hidden. Shown are day of surgery, 1 week with virtually no cleaning, 1 month scar check, and just shy of 6 months.
He lives in our area, is getting married in a few weeks, and hopefully will stop in at the 1 year point.
