Our patient had undergone previous surgery resulting in poor growth in the recipient area and a donor that in areas was impossible to now harvest from. The goal was to repair his hair line whilst trying to preserve his donor, the Strip technique was best suited to this in his case. He is also on medications to try to sustain the growth of his native hair.
