Hi Guys,

I'm doing research about how over taking multivitamin supplements may lead to hair loss, but just how much is considered overdosing?

I'm a 28 year old male and have always had great hair. That is until about 2010 the front of my hair began to thin and I am starting to get a weird looking widows peak. Not all my hair is fully gone, but the front defiantly thinned out really strangely. Right now I dont want to blame my genes yet, because I do not have a clear understanding about my family. Mainly because most of my immediate family members have passed or distant. Back in 2008, while I was finishing up college, I began taking Centrum multivitamins to help cure my acne. They were the orange flavored hard tablets that were chewable. I started taking 1 a day as per scribed on the label, and often would take 2 a day to better secure my skin from acne breakouts. So this has now lead me to believe that maybe this caused my hair to thin, but is taking 2 a day considered overdosing?

Ive tried to blame anything but my genes for my thinning hair, ive tried diets, exercise, state of mind vitamins and propecia/nizerol and my hair continues to thin. I have a heathyish lifestyle money good looking mrs and nothing helps.

Im starting to believe in the what will be will be outlook, a year ago I had full thick curly hair, i started weight lifting and within 3 months I noticed heavy shedding, by now Id say i have half the hair I did a year ago. Im just zbout to turn 25 and it has devistated me. Baldness really is crap but the closer I get the more I stop worrying so much.
