At least when it comes to the prostate. So we can logically assume that it doesnt work on blocking the conversion of Testosterone to DHT.

I wouldn't exactly say this is anything that we should consider new since saw palmetto was never proven to be effective for the prostate or hairloss. Myself and my brother took saw palmetto for three years and continued to lose hair. We then switched to propecia and have been on it for three years and have maintained hair.

Basically saw palmetto is bs! Stick to the evidence! Go with propecia!
