View Full Version : Am I starting to lose my hair? I want to stop the anxiety

So I'm 21. Asian. I feel like my crown is bigger than it should be and it's starting to worry me so much that it's all I can think about. Right now all I want is to just stop thinking about it and move on with my life but I can't because I don't know for sure if I'm balding or not.

Family history: Only one person on both sides of my family is bald. My dad. Uncles, grandfathers had/have full head of hair. I have a brother who is 19 and his hair is very very thick everywhere so I'm pretty sure he's not balding.

My hairline hasn't receded I believe. What worries me mainly is my crown.

This has been eating away at me for ages and all I want is to just stop worrying or thinking about it, to be able to get out of bed, take a shower and go outside without having to worry about if people notice it or not.

Photos are of my hairline and crown. Have a photo where its wet and 2 wheres its dry.

Hello RVR,

It seems that it is, more than likely, just a maturing hairline that you have.
Overall, your hair is GOOD!
No one could really see that area of your crown because it is not balding.
Looks to only be matured!
You must ACCEPT it for what it is RVR, (you hair looks GOOD!) ....you are only 21 years old now.
Stay positive and do not ALLOW yourself to become worried or stressed out about your hair or anything else in live.
Worry and stress WILL cause issues to your hairline and later on to your health!

Cheers to you!
