Top of the head doesnt look bad. You say your hairline is starting to recede. Try to look at old pictures to see if it changed since you were younger.

Hard to say if you are really balding or not. Your hairline looks pretty normal to me. If you see some progress with the recession you would know. Best is to regularly to some pics and then compare

Stop pulling your hair . Of course they will fall out if you pull them

I would suggest you to consult a hair doctor to prevent hair loss. If you're thinking for hair transplant then you're under age. Or you can use home remedies to regrow hair. If you want to take any type of help then please let me know.

It looks like you have some thinning on the left side and at the center the right side looks fine. Its most likely early MPB. Really early! If you are concerned consider starting propecia. Its your best shot to stop the recession. Where you end up is hard to tell you can look at male family members for a idea.

Your hairline is maturing. You may want to have an examination to keep the recession monitored.

The medication does have risks and each patient is unique. Since many decades ago, the medication was originally marketed for prostate enlargement. You should definitely seek proper consultation because you need more information on finasteride as a long-term treatment option. All side effects and benefits should be discussed with your physician.

I really feel bad to hear that you have a thin hair problem in the age of 22. I am 35 years old and still having thick hair. Anyways, there are many possible causes for this like:

1) Stress
2) Genetics
3) Poor Nutrition
4) Hormonal Changes
5) Smoking
6) Cosmetic Procedures: Shampooing too often, having perms, dyeing and bleaching hair may contribute to hair thinning because these can damage the hair.

Dear, I would say, consult with dermatologist near you. They are the most qualified to diagnose the root cause of hair loss and provide an effective treatment recommendation.
