View Full Version : New Regime/EXPERIMENTAL to finally beat this WILL LOG and update

So story so far
Been sorta kinda maintaining, not regrowing, would say I'm norwood 2.5-3 edging towards the 3. I have frontal thinning that extends to my crown. When my hair is dry one could question whether I actually had hairloss unless they saw my temple recession, however when wet this is another story all together. Recently Ive noticed my hair going to sht again, the temples and hairline weakening, with this weird short faux hairline going on thats not really growing out or doing anything more just existing. There are still smaller pigmented hairs along a norwood 2 hairline but they are just in that state probably due to minox.
I am big on the experimentals, I've been trialling different treatments for the past two years, as I will state below.
This thread I hope to be a positive discussion forum where I can share information, techniques, and treatments, as well as receive constructive feedback, rather than having throw away comments like just take fin.
I like all of you really just want to grow and maintain what I have.

Treatment 1: Ru58841
Been using ru58841 for 2 years now at 10% (100mg per 1-2ml) everyday. The Ru has been consistently been sourced from Kane over this period. There have been periods where I have been without it and experienced some form of shedding, and thus have tried to keep this available, Kane been the best source for this. I know there have been issues with other users and Kane regarding purity, price etc, unfortunately, as this drug is purely experimental Kane really is the easiest most available option.

I have read other strong advocates of Ru such as El Duterino recommend lower dosages of RU in order to avoid androgen build up as your body adapts to the drug. Considering this I have recently begun to lower my dose (recently as in the last two weeks) and will cycle between 5% and 10%.
A question for those of you using this product, do you believe this is an effective way to maintain product efficacy?
I am using a 70% sprytus alcohol 30% pg vehicle, but am looking at ordering K and B solution in order to improve effectiveness.

Recently, i believe RU may be loosing its effectiveness as my hair has been going crap again, could this potentially be a shed?
Or could it be the slow progression of MPB?

Treatment 2: ************ 15%
I have been using 15% minoxidil for 2 years now. I source my minor from minoxidil max, again as its the easiest source to find higher strength minoxidil.
In regards to the effectiveness of this solution, I'd just say its helped maintaining, I haven't had any real sort of regrowth unfortunately, and am looking at dropping the strength in order to avoid future potential damages from minoxidil.
Do any of you have any sources of minox you highly recommend?
Also, do you believe dropping from 15% to a say 10%- 7%solution will cause drastic shedding?
Any tips as to whether i could dilute the minox (3 month supply) I currently have, with say pg and alcohol or water?

Treatment 3: Nizoral
I have been using nizoral 2% on and off for the last 4 years, most recently (last month) using it consistently twice per week.
I really can't comment on this product, Ive read nothing but positive feedback ad have had no adverse reactions to its use, except for dry hair after use, which is easily fixed with another shampoo and conditioner i.e garnier, head and shoulders ect.

Could re integration of nizoral into my regime be potentially causing this new shed?

Treatment 4: Thymosin beta 4/ TB 500
Now this is a peculiar treatment. There have been a few users who've experimented with this across the forums but none ever reporting back.
I have personally used this peptide and scalp injecting 2mg per week in monthly cycles every now and then. I do believe this product worked in thickening current hair.
This peptide functions by reducing inflammation at the site, and due to my extensive exercise regime it really is a double bonus in reducing inflammation elsewhere.
I have just started using this peptide again, injecting 2mg per week for the last 4 weeks and have seen a mild increase in hair quality on the days after use. Though it sort of seems to subside. Its too early to tell with this as its only been one month, but will continue using it for 2 more months.

Treatment 5: Supplements
For the last month i have started a new supplement regime that follows two principles
Anti-calcification- damages hair follicle (can link thread that discusses this)
Healthy hair growth.
Anti calcification i am using: K2, D3, Cod liver oil + topical magnesium spray 3 days per week
I am also using a product called hair burst: a supplement that has varying doses of hair boosting supplements, just an easy all rounder to throw in. I am coming up to one month in use, my remaining hair is looking mildly healthier.
I am looking forward to seeing if this anti-calcification supplement regime will do anything, fingers crossed.

Treatment 7: derma roller: been using this one and off for the last two years as well. Re ordered one recently, 1.5mm will use 1-2 per week. (thoughts)

Treatment 6: Prostaglandin strategies

OC000459: saving to order from KANE: going to use 0.1%- 0.5%
3-4 days per week. Anyone currently using this? there are people all over the place trialling this. I am not using this for regrowth, rather to block PGD2.
Vehicle? As it is ethanol version from kane i will be dissolving in
70% spyrtus alcohol 30% PG, and am going to purchase some DMSO to add to the vehicle. THOUGHTS on vehicle?

I am looking for a PGE2 to encourage growth but cannot find a suitable source, anyone know of any? In the mean time going to use castor oil.
I have sourced this PG information from Swisstemples and various other users across the forums.

Guys, I really want to do something about this. I haven't used fin yet, I'm 22, I really just have this gut feeling it wouldn't be good for me. I know many of you have used it no worries, and Im not trying to sound like I'm ridiculing your use, single you out (theres too many anyway) all I'm trying to communicate is I really don't believe it will be good for me as of yet- mental disposition, ED issues due to emotional instability (recent breakup) I don't want to be adjusting my hormones in this current state. In future I will definitely consider it, just currently its just not suitable for me.

Thanks, I look forward to your responses.

To whom it may concern, I have re posted this in the treatments section of this forum. I apologise for the double post. I believe i moved it to a more suitable location within these forums

LiCl for wnt activation? I might have missed it if you wrote it haha. But that's all from swiss' protocol. It would be amazing to see how you go, thanks for doing this!

10-08-2015, 01:01 AM
Also with minox and castor oil you should be alright I think. Look up rosemary oil as well I think that increases PGE2.

10-08-2015, 01:35 AM
Oop yeah, I did forget to mention I am ordering lithium chloride.
I hope this works too man.
Any thoughts on minox solution strengths/alternatives
and Thymosin beta 4?

Ordering lithium chloride, have found 2 sources, any recommendations?
secondly, will be ordering OC as well as sulfasalazine and will be mixing these up during the week.
Reasoning behind this is to sparingly use OC as it is expensive and were still texting efficacy requirements, as well as avoid subjecting myself to daily sulfasalazine.
Will follow a protocol to something like 3 days topical OC @ 0.1-0.5%, 2 days 500mg-1000mg oral sulfasalazine, may bump this up to 3 days.
This way, side effects may be limited and grant more time in experimenting with these treatments.

Prob best to Derma roll once a week when using a 1.5mm. Allow your scalp time to heal fully, it's in the healing process that WNT signaling is triggered.
Korean Red Seaweed ups PGe2. The carrageenan in Korean Red Seaweed also increases WNT Signaling. You can also increase IGF-1 with soy and spice. I have studies posted in my regimen thread. I'm currently rolling with a 1.5mm and taking what I mentioned above with some decent success.
Good luck and keep us posted.

Sulfa shouldn't give you many side effects. Just weird ass pee haha. But its a good shout using both, you should be reducing pgd2 enough.

What's the half life of OC?

I would also probably only wound once a week. You seem set now. Good luck Bro!

Oh will you be sunburning for a few minutes like Swiss?

10-09-2015, 12:45 AM
Sulfa can act as an immunosuppressant. Which is why I will be trying to avoid continual intake.
OC half life I've read to be anywhere from 1-4 days. Some users advise application every day of 1%, others use 0.1% every 3 days. There doesn't seem to be any hard evidence or usage guide, have you come across anything that can help?
I looked at your other threads, interesting regarding that shampoo, I don't believe its a false product, I'm just sceptical in its efficiency, though will definitely consider its use in future. (limited budget)

10-09-2015, 12:46 AM
Also, I won't be sunburning. I would like to see the results yielded from this regime before I start using UVB burns. Maybe in future, but right now ordering a uvb lamp isn't a priority, Id rather spend the money on that shampoo your using.

So far...
3rd day of OC000459
Dissolved 110mg into 21ml of solution pg/ethanol (sprytus)
Applying 1ml-1.5ml to scalp.
No real side effects to report, maybe potential gastrointestinal, as another user reported this, though this could have just been a coincidence ect.
Topical castor oil every day for the last two weeks seems to hair given my hair a better look when washed out.
Tb 500: not sure if its done anything to reduce inflammation just yet, no real change in density over the last two weeks
Haven't received derma roller yet and ordering LiCl shortly.

So far scalp doesn't get that itch whatsoever. Last night after extensively running my hands through my hair back and forth lost about 10-12 hairs. Is this a reduction? Yes and no, some days 5-10 hairs will fall, others a lot more 20-30, I hadn't done this in a while and very few hairs fell out.
Still applying 50-75mg of RU per day
Still applying 15% minor 0.5 ml in the evening.

Over all my hair seems to be growing faster, I mean its a little bit to early to tell if anythings doing anything, but it does seem to look a little better, it is growing very fast though, I didn't need a hair cut last week, looking pretty good and then this week it was looking out of control. Taking a progress picture this evening.
I still have 6mg of Tb left, of which when I finish I will take a break from and see if anything changes.

10-23-2015, 09:04 PM
Hey guys

Just though id add a quick update, hair is looking healthier and definitely shedding less.
2-3 minutes of hard rubbing of dry hair and 4-6 little hairs fell out, the OC has definitely reduced shedding.
Still can't find a decent source for LiCL for Aus.
Little hairs seem to be sprouting up around hairline, still haven't received Derma roller yet so looking forward to see what it brings.

Ru 50-70mg E.D
OC: 0.5-1%- every second day
Niz 2x Per week
Minox 15% : once per day 0.5-1ml
Topical Castor oil sometimes mixed with ethanol.
Tb500 2mg p/week.

Going to add some Emu oil and some other various supplements.

Also off topic http://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/2015-10/cumc-bei102015.php check this out?

Anyone have any other tips on how to induce WNT activation without Lithium Chloride? I can't figure out how to get it.

11-04-2015, 10:52 PM
Excellent so far
Decrease in shedding
Hair at hairline is looking healthier, hair in general is looking better. No need to wear a hat as often.
Been in the middle of a stressful exam period so missed a couple of days here and there, though nothing drastic. Derma rolling for the second time today.
OC was going to increase the strength just to play around with proper dosage, using .1% right now 0.01g in 1ml solution, going to increase to 0.2-0.5% also going to drop tb500 for the moment as its too expensive to reorder right now

12-27-2015, 11:18 PM
Honestly have no idea anymore
I miss a couple of applications and I swear it all goes to shite again. Getting pretty effen over this whole ordeal, using that 1.5 mm roller on your heading coupled with lithium chloride is painful AF, I dread the weekly routine.
Has anyone had any success following this regime or something similar? My hairline hairs are filling in a little bit but still nothing too significant, I'll be taking some comparison shots tonight. Been following updates and such from cutting edge treatments, I really feel like giving up and just saving for fue/stem cell treatment. this has been going on for god knows how long.
Day 1 using the oc mixed with kb solution, using 0.01mg per ml I.e 1% solution day 1, Minox and castor oil internal and external
Day 2 5% solution ru with Minox and castor oil in evening
Niz 1-2 per week
Furthermore, I stumbled amongst this intensive vitamin regime by taipan I think? I'll post the link, it was originally from a bodybuilding forum, honestly thinking about trying it, I just want some decent results ffs, just fill in the damn hairline with a bit of thickness like I can't believe how hard it is yet it will still just gradually get shittier and shittier. Diet is generally on point, though I had a thought, I do a lot of intensive training, could a natural rise in test exasperate my hairloss?
Anyway, sorry just needed a vent and update, this is damn bullshit though, it's giving sort of results but nothing too crash hot in terms of thickening frontal section. I swear you miss a couple of applications and it all goes to shit, probably in my head but anyway.
Any updates with you guys, anything else to add that's helped you guys out apart from fin?
Peace and merry belated Christmas
