I am a middle aged person. 50% of my hair has gone.Hair falling started after 30. I have adjusted with the situation. I have noticed new thin hair since last one year. But it does not grow enough and does not look healthy. I feel great curiosity to know more about hair falling and related matter. I believe this is great place to learn many interesting information and share the ideas.

Only our heath and genetics influence our hair growth, so if you donít have strong family history for balding or thinning, you can significantly make changes via changing your lifestyle and dietary modifications. Have you tried high quality multivitamin diet to boost growth of those thin hairs? Theoretically, you need a whole bunch of iron, zinc, vitamin D and vitamin B complex for your hair to grow well. Dirty hair or dirty scalp doesnít promote hair growth, so maintain healthy and hygienic scalp condition is important.
Another important thing to consider is scalp massage. The roots of hair are fed by many small blood vessels, which bring oxygen and nutrients to them and carry away carbon dioxide and other waste. Proper scalp massage increases this blood flow, bringing more nutrients to your hairís roots and boosting its growth. Hope I have helped.

Would highly recommend a slow juicer to gain the maximum amount of vitamins and minerals from greens and fruits.
I donīt think the outcome from supplements is the same as the label states.
