Hi iam 26 years old male, Past two years I shed too many Hairs and my Density is almost worse. Please find attached pics of my head and help me the best way to restore Hair. If it is diffuse hair loss then wouldn't i be able to go for HT ? If HT is possible how much of grafts would I need. Please help me as it is very stressful. past 2 months I have beem taking Biotin 800 mcg and can say Hair shedding is little bit reduced. I am wahing my hair every alternative day, Is that fine ? Please help me. Though I am taking two eggs daily / An Amla juice still I can't increase the density. Kindly Suggest

How's your donor area ?

Are you on any proven treatments? Start with that before even considering a transplant. A transplant could give you shock loss and you will still continue to diffuse thin after the transplant.
