    Default midwest physician?

Can anyone recommend a physician in the midwest who has experience with hair transplantation for women?

    Hi Francine,

Here is a link to a page to help you find a doctor in your area.

It is very important for you to know that most women are not good candidates for hair transplant surgery. So please make sure you understand your treatment options as much as possible before pursuing surgery. Here is a link to the pages on the American Hair Loss Association website about women's hair loss.

    Take care,

    Default Consults

I recommend for every patient to have multiple consultations. But ESPECIALLY female patients - hair loss in females is not straight forward. We have very many female patients who are happy with their procedure - but a lot of ladies are non candidates.

    Good Luck!
