This fellow stopped by for a 11 month checkup before leaving our area. He received 2600 grafts, mostly 2s and 3s, to address a thinning crown. We shaved a little into his existing hair so that future thinning won’t leave an island of hair. Nevertheless I think he’s taking propecia to help preserve the surrounding and front to middle regions despite a pretty decent family history for hair. Note the slit placement and graft placement recreates his swirl. At the 3 month pics almost nothing is showing but he looks pretty nice now.
