Angry What to do about my uncombale and tangled hair

My hair feels like I'm wearing a wig. Its all tangled in the middle and it slops down in the front to cover the thinning. Am I using too much hair spray?? Someone said to try olive oil and deep condition it. That didn't work. I don't know what to do. Someone please help!!!I can't comb it or anything. Also I've been shedding a lot. Lots a hairs on pillow and when i touch it and throughout the day!!

I don't know if this would help - but I saw a Youtube video about the hair health benefits of extra-virgin coconut oil. You can buy a container of organic, extra-virgin coconut oil for about $10 at a store like Vitamin Shoppe, health food stores or even many supermarkets. I don't know if it would help with the tangling - but it may. Just a thought.

You are in one of those situations where you need to keep mtrying different treatments/products untill you find something that works. Just make sure that nothing you try could be harmful. If you have the gene for genetic hair loss it could progress you throught the process faster.
