Although I've been familiar with Spencer's work for a number of years, I'm new to this forum. Clearly, a number of theme's have been revised since The Bald Truth was originally published including the use of herbal treatments, etc.
I'm curious to know what Spencer's latest thoughts are on the role of diet, supplementation and key nutrients in stimulating hair-growth. I'd love to read the success and/or cautionary tales of the members on this board.
