19 year old and losing hair

hey, im 19 years old and im loosing my hair. i can feel on the middle of my head, that the hair is really thin, and when i take picture of my head, i can see the baldness clearly.
its really devastating to see me loosing hair at 19.
i have been taking provillus for the past 2 months, but i dont think its doing any good too me.
    i live in toronto canada.
im up for any surgery to get my hair back.
i cant imagine myself being bald in the next year with my friends....
    please give me some advice.

Take a deep breath and listen to what I have to say. I know it’s difficult but try not to panic. First and foremost you have to see a doctor about your hair loss. Buying products online will likely do nothing to help you and since hair loss is a medical condition only your doctor can really help you to treat it. Propecia is probably the best medication and it works well for many men in stopping hair loss and regrowing some hair, especially if you start young. It is way to early to think about surgery and most reputable hair transplant surgeons wont even touch a person your age. Keep reading the forum and ask lots of questions.

      hey

      thanks for your reply.
i understand what you are trying to say; i know its way too early to do any thing like that.
but its so annoying thinking about your hair, and the day you will lose it all.
i am only 19, and i have rest of my college life...ahh its so depressing at some times.
but its nice to talk to someone who understands where you coming from.
ill go to a dermatologist this week, and ill post again telling you what he said.
      thanks again.
