Hairloss help

Hello I started noticing hairloss last year, but just started to do something about it 3 or so months ago. Currently I use rogaine, nizoral 3 times a week. Dermaroll once a week. And take natural dht blockers. I don't really wanna take fin or anything crazy. If theres any advice yall can give I would highly appreciate it.
