Can't tell if I'm balding (20)

Hey everyoene,

So I can't tell if I'm balding or my hairline is just 'maturing'. I'm 20 years old, No diffuse thinning that I can see, the main thinning is on the temples (my forehead is getting wider) and a bit at the front as well - seems thin for a quarter inch at the front.

But a bit hesitant to do anything until I see thinning all over, however I wouldn't want it to get much worse than it is now so if it is balding I'll probably try fin.
