can a doctor or anyone familiar with autologous hair transplantation give me some feedback?

I live in Japan and i want to get a FUE HT and i found this place

Im leaning torwards this doc bcuz he was the only one on the ISHRS medical board.

i was considering micro pigmentation but got some feedback on this forum, and FUE sounds like a good route.
