How long can we see positive results from taking propecia?

I have just started taking propecia for a week.
May i know how long can we see positive results such as hairloss stoppage and regrowth?
And if there are side effects, normally when will I experience that after taking propecia?
Will propecia helps in reducing my scalp oilyness?

You'll definitely start noticing a difference after 4 months, if nothing happens after a year, then Propecia won't work at all for you. I've been using Propecia for about 4 months now, and I haven't had any noticeable side effects.

The scalp oilyness on my head has vanished from decreasing ejaculations/reducing pressure on the scalp via scalp laxity exercises and my hair is both growing back and becoming thicker and darker. just my input.
