Mesotherapy, does it work?

So i was thinking about getting myself a mesotherapy treatment as i have heard that it should be effective, especially if you are in the beginning stages og balding. I called a clinic and they told me it could postpone baldness for 10 yeras?! I am in the beginning stages and have lost a bit of density, nothing noticable but I better start doing something about it before it gets bad, but does it really work? Anyone who has tried it?
