Hey guys,
Well a year ago, word on this forum was that Resverarol could reverse male pattern baldness. Some people started taking it daily and slowly got off it as it showed no result to them. Hence, the forum thread about it got far too old to renew.
Nonetheless, I for one decided to stick to it. At that time, we were all hyped up about Tocotrienols too so for about one month I was taking Resveratrol with Toco-8 but decided to eliminate Tocotrienol from my regimen cuz hair was growing everywhere but on my head.
To summarize, I wanted to add a DHT blocker to my regimen, so I started drinking black tea daily but that was tough to do with a heavy schedule so I just got Green tea extract pills instead.
Now that I've been on this regimen for almost a year, I wanted to let you know that it's halted:
1) itching in my temples
2) half to three quarters what I used to shed in the shower daily
3) it slowed down my hair loss quite significantly
I don't know if anyone really STUCK with resveratrol but I think the mix with green tea extracts is a good option, but it takes time (a lot of it) to actually work. I did not however grow back any hair.
I just wanted to let you know this because I felt like now was the time (at least 8 months on the same regimen and not giving up because heck, these things are actually good for health). What are your thoughts on this?
