to be sincere, i do not know if manual method, would be or not better than micro motor, some doctors say that micro motor damage the donor area, some doctors say that micro motor, damage the follicle,
but a lot of them say that micro motor is very usefull, for the job time, and in experienced hands you can get the same result in quality , and amount of regrowth.....
so we have 2 different philosophies......!!!!!!

I agree with you on that, some docs believe and I do it's the skill of the surgeon that matters not the tool. The tool is only as good as the person using it.

Oh just to let you know doctor replied to my email and said I was not yet suitable for a HT so may need to wait around a bit longer for it.
