Serious deficiency in Vitamin D log

    Hey guys,

Went for annual check-up and blood test the other day (unrelated to hair loss).

Results have come back and the Doctor wants to talk about them with me,.

Main finding is I'm severely deficient in Vitamin D so I was put on Pro D3 (20,000 IU 3x week). I also might be anemic, but won't know till I meet the Doc in a couple of weeks.

See my other thread for background but basically - diffuse hairloss at 30, with no family history whatsoever.

Anyway, I hear there may be a relationship between Vitamin D3 and my type of hair loss so I will keep this place informed on what, if any, results follow from my D3 supplement.

ugh it will take a decade for those idiots to connect all the dots.

Vitamin D = Glutathione. Bald people have lower levels of Glutathione, in their scalp at least, so that's that. Check gutted's thread...
