Well, I used to take creatine (which I believe does something to boost testosterone levels) but I reluctantly needed to quit that because I believe it was causing hair loss, even while I was on finasteride. It really pisses me off because the finasteride was causing my muscles to become soft and flabby, even after workouts, so I wanted to do something to counteract that. But I'm just so scared to death of hair loss that I continue to take finasteride despite the side effects and do not take creatine. I get so incredibly envious of people who can take these weight-lifting supplements and it has no effect on their hair whatsoever. I dunno, this hair loss is like a curse from hell and I really wish that a cure (or at the very least some more effective treatments) would be available very soon. But no, all we hear about is hair transplantation or some other variation of hair surgery and literally nothing else. The extreme lack of innovation in the hair restoration field is absolutely staggering.
