Is there any difference between Rogaine and Regaine?

I think Regaine is the UK brand name for Rogaine.

Rogaine and Regaine are the exact same product.

Minoxidil is sold as Regaine in Europe, Asia and Australia. It's exactly the same as Rogaine, just a different name on the box/bottle.

As long as you're using the same strength then switching wouldn't make a difference.
