how long can you break from fin?

does anyone know how long you can stop taking fin before the hairs you've saved start to shed? (i ran out and ordered some more but going without it for nearly a week, so freaking out)

You'll be fine man. 7 days isn't long enough to cause significant damage to your follicles, and if memory serves, your DHT levels won't even be back to normal after a week anyway. The suppression effect lingers for some time after your last dose, albeit not as strong as when you dose daily.

In the future if you think you'll run out before your next refill is ready, maybe try cutting your daily dose in half to stretch out your supply and minimize the # of days you go without dosing.

But no worries about this short break. You're fine. When the new pills come in just start taking them again as usual.
