Get back on minox, and use the generic stuff. It costs nothing. Kirkland foam and liquid is dirt cheap. A year supply is probably 150 dollars.
But what about actual immediate post-op pain? Could you get around independently immediately following the operation?

Recovery was pretty easy, He prescribed me 150 Perks but I drove 600 miles on my 4th day recovering and never had to use a single Perk, pain just never got that bad. Great surgeon and great guy as well.

Cases like yours make me appreciate my situation more, I mean that the best way I can. The fact that you're not complaining and moping around and have the will to live is inspiring. It almost gives me the itch to say,"If he can do it, so can I" but then I realize I'm not the toughest person mentally.

Not sure when I stumbled into the pseudo-philosophers forum, but this is great regardless.

Again with Hume, attacking my beliefs to make yours seem more prominent.

Not really. You're a negative person. This is rather evident.

I used to be positive about my mpb, and claim that it didn't bother me. There comes a point where no amount of confidence will change anything. People treat you like a leper when you're 20 with substantial hairloss. You can try to tell everyone it's okay!there's life after hairloss! That's the same thing as saying that an afterlife exists, yes it might exist, but it's so unfamiliar that it doesn't feel like life at all.

Yes, people who hold on too scraps and can't present good are going to be mocked by their peers at a young age because kids are ****ing idiots.
Take it all off.

I'm only 23 now, but not too long ago, in my late teens and earlier 20s, I was like you. I might have even been worse. I never talked to any one about wanting to commit suicide because of my hair loss, but I genuinely wanted to. Actually, I wanted a peaceful way to die, like overdosing on sleeping pills. Just wanted to go to sleep and never wake up again. But the past couple of years, i've been changing little by little. I no longer want to do such a thing like kill myself, the AA made me appreciate my normal MPB more. I was like the member Scorpion, but unlike him I didn't share his wild views in forums or in public. I kept it inside me. I now have goals in college, and finasteride halted my hairloss for the time being. I feel better despite having alopecia areata.
I'm not gonna tell you to stop thinking about killing yourself, cause when I was a teenager, no one could tell me that, I had to go through it myself and fight it myself. I wasn't gonna listen to anyone, and nothing any one said made me feel better about my situation. I got over it all by myself and I think you're gonna have to get over it by yourself too. Look at this way, this forum has a bunch of people who are going through the same thoughts you're going through, or already went through it. So a lot of us here can relate.
