Default Dr. Hasson/4742 Grafts in One Session/10 Months

This local patient wished for a new hairline and healthy coverage. 4742 grafts were transplanted ten months ago and the patient was nice enough to come by for a follow up visit to show us his results. His video will be posted on Friday.

Question

Are all these pictures genuine ??? i mean do they use any products to enhance the thickness of hair ,at that moment ,just for the sake of taking pictures ???

Forhair1987,

These pictures are as genuine as it gets. We do not use concealers as to do so would be extremely misleading and unethical. Let me explain our photo policy.

When we take our photos we do not use concealers, thickeners etc. As long as the patient does not wear these items when they come in to see us we will take their picture as is. If they were (which none have) we would wash their hair in the clinic, dry it then take photos.

We do not wet the patient's hair before surgery then take dry hair photos for the after. This can be very misleading as well.

Finally, when taking our photos we do not use flash photography nor studio lighting. I've written about this extensively in the past but most clinics still do this. We do not because this is a huge misrepresentation of what is present in reality. Flash causes hairlines to look twice as full than what you would see in person. All of our photos are taken under fluorescent lights just like those found in a typical hospital or office building.

There are other negative issues caused by flash that I am hoping to discuss in a video in the near future.

thanks for the clarification and i really did not mean to question the vercacity of the doctor or his work i was just curious about the pictures ...because they look really encouraging !!! and that gives me a belief that there is some solution for my hair loss and even if i lose it now i m going to get it back in the future through hair transplants and once again thanks for the information

I didn't realize you could wear your hair that short in the back and still hide the donor scar. That's great!
