DHT related + BHT

So, apparently I stumbled across a few websites and folks are talking about lowering DHT with natural substances.

-Black Tea
-Saw Palmetto
-Pygeum
etc.....

and they say that they are saving all their hair and the shedding has stopped.
WOW!

Just want some thoughts on this...


And also, I know I asked this before, but let's say a person wants to clip their hair down to a #2 or shorter all their life in the back side and they have brown skin. It kinda means strip scar is gona be visible, and fue dots are gona be visible....So, the only way to avoid this is BHT....

I please want some more opinions on BHT....

You should be pretty safe with a #2 having FUE done......I'm being told anyway.

With either FUT/strip or FUE you would need to wait until completely healed before knowing how short you will be able to cut hair in the donor area. It also depends on hair color, coarseness, and other characteristics. BHT is really not a great first option, but more of a last resort.
