The patient is a 45 year old female who had skin cancer of the face. She was referred for treatment for permanent radiation hair loss, Mohs surgical scars and tenous skin grafting to the face. Nearly all the parietal, (left side of the face), was devoid of hair. 175 single hair grafts were utilized to outline and feather visable borders of hair loss. 1500 muti-haired FUT grafts were used. The last photo shows a one year follow-up visit. The patient has a life changing cometic improvement.
