This patient has a diffuse hairloss pattern and underwent a strip procedure to restore density.

Age 36.

4381 Grafts.

Graft breakdown:

888 single hair units
2475 double hair units
1017 triple hair units
1 quadruple hair unit


He came in and was photographed 2 years after surgery.
