You can get it from Hair Loss Talk I think. It's called S5 cream.

You need to know that Spiro (Spironolactone) has much stronger possibility for sexual side effects than Propecia (or generic Finasteride). The chances are so much stronger that it totally amazes me that any male would consider using Spiro instead of Propecia.
