Huge hairloss in 4 months? Pics included

Hey guys, ill make it short and sweet :

Im 21 years old. Long hairs for 7 years. I tie them up all the time. Have no visible traction alopecia. I went to my country in summer, and 4 months later i lost alot of hairs. I rly dont know why. Is it due to the genetics? Androgenes?
My hair loss is in my mid scalp anterior. Ive been on propecia for 1 week now.. but i want to be sure that my hairloss is androgenic. My dermatologist was the worst doctor in the planet, he didnt even looked at my hairs and prescribed me the meds.

If you really had a sudden increase in hair loss maybe you should consider a scalp biosy. It is quick and easy and may provide a diagnosis. Keep in mind that it may not be sudden increased hair loss but that you finially reached that critical hair loss point/percentage that it became noticeable.
