I know that the product ACell has been talked about on here for a while. So I thought I'd share these photographs of someone who has done tests with ACell. Tests to see if the product can let wounds heal without scarring. Whether or not it was wise to do this by oneself can be debated on...but the fact is that these photographs are out there now so here they are.
Having said that some of these photos can be disturbing to some, here they are:

As you can tell, the wounds have not been healing long enough to be able to see the final results...but it may be interesting to see, nevertheless.
