whats happening?

hi
recently my hair has started to look a bit better and i actually had some hope.

however, this week i have been so busy ive not had time to wash it so i hid it uder a cap everyday and went about my business.

i washed it today and could not believe the amount that came out... i mean the bath was covered... there must have been 500 hairs easy down there.

what the heck is up with that? did the not washing cause it?

A few day of not washing the hair would not be the cause of a sudden increase in hair loss. You should try and see a hair restoration physician so they can try and help you with your situation.
