Huge difference in Propecia prices

Hey guys,

Wondering if you could help me out.

I ordered my first batch of propecia online from inhousepharmacy, they sent me 2 packs of 28 of Merck propecia for 71 pounds.

Anyway, I need some more quickly so I decided to checkout rxeurope which do next day delivery, and noticed their price for 2 packs of 28 is a lot more, at 119 pounds.

How can this be? the huge deficit that is. If both come in the proper packaging and are legit as they seem, how could there be a huge difference? im in a difficult situation because i need the propecia within the next week, yet don't know where to order from now.
