Is it possible to start shedding randomly while on fin?

I just started shedding randomly and it's freaking me out! Or it could be that the new finasteride I got is indeed finasteride. I had a suspecion that the fin I was taking before was not legit (ordered it online from India) and the new stuff is and now am just experiencing the normal shedding phase!

Was there any time in between the two finasterides where you stopped taking the medication? If not, then it is possible that what you stated is correct.
