It looks like you have really nice hair. It is definetly not time for a hair transplant yet. I do not think people will be looking at your profile that closely with the kind of light you have in the photos. Plus you do not walk around pulling your hair back with your hand. Maybe consider laser, rogaine, or PRP.

Dr Glenn Charles,

Thank you for your opinion. Means a lot to get an opinion from a doctor (went a long way in calming me down).

Does this look like DUPA? It sort of diffuse thinned over a year (though area near the temples were thinning over the last 3 years). I am really concerned this diffuse thinning could spread over the entire side (the other side is not as bad). But the right side seems to be thinning more than the left, and recently i have been feeling my hair volume decrease especially on that side (after haircuts).. might be psychological.

Will look into the things you have recommended.
Once again thank you for your advice.

From the photos it really does not look like DUPA. Keep a cool head and try to not think about your hair so much. I am not saying that your hair is not important to you, but I am sure there are some other important issues you could be thinking about. I do not think that people looking at your hair would see any thinning or loss.
