Thanks for posting this patient Spex, but I don't see the write up that brings this case into perspective.
As I recall, this was a gentleman in his fifties who wanted a VERY conservative approach to his restoration. While he didn't admit it to me, I'm sure he was secretly worried about a pluggy result so he wanted me to be very conservative so it wouldn't look too bad if the results were pluggy.
Ye of little faith!
Instead of implaning 3000 grafts in one session as I suggested, he wanted me to do about half of that. And that's exactly what we did.
Needless to say, he was exstatic with his results and just came in to book round two-to thiken up the front!
What impressed me, in this case, was the photo where I combed his hair forward to reveal JUST transplants. Even with about half the number of grafts his results are VERY cosmetically sginficant and useful.
