Here is a patient who presented 10 months after having 350 minigrafts placed unaesthetically to the frontal hairline. The angle at which the grafts were placed, the distribution, and the use of 2 to 5 hair grafts all create an
unaesthetic appearance.

To improve the results, these grafts were removed by the FUE technique, using a 0.8 mm punch where one graft a time was removed. The grafts were
dissected down into follicular units, then retransplanted within the original existing hairline to improve density.

Here we see the one-day after photo. By 5 days, the patient will have an essentially undetectable appearance, and there will be essentially no detectable scarring.
