How common exactly are minoxidil side effects?

These side effects are not very common at all. The fact is they are very rare. Plenty of women need to use Minoxidil. If these side effects actually were common, no woman would ever go anywhere near the stuff.

i don't think they very common, just make sure not to use alot of it, stay with the recommended dose or even lower, i use it once a day only at night, many doctors suggest that once a day has almost the same effect as twice.

The good thing here is minox is not supposed to have permenant sides unlike propecia. so based on my understanding, if you were one of the unlucky ones and developed sides, they will go away once you quit the drug, and things will go back to normal. Maybe Tracy can elaborate on this point...

Only side so far is every so often I get some ball pain. It lasts maybe 30-45 minutes, isn't too bad. Doesn't happen often enough for me to care, but deff from the rogaine... never had random ball pain before using it.
