She refined her looks with surgery. Plus, having larger breasts enabled her to create a more womanly shape to her body. My only problem with her after is that I think her eyebrows are not defined enough - which is a makeup issue, not a surgery one.

Plastic surgery is about enhancing your features, not creating a new look. Stop comparing celebrity surgeries to real ones. Here's something you may better relate too: Rooney's HT. What if we all said HT's were bad and used his as an example? He also paid 30,000 pounds for it.

Truth is that just because they're rich and famous doesn't mean they are always getting the best.

It's because of that that I decided to also start expressing my inner-most thoughts more often. The reality is I find posting my feelings on here to be a very calming and therapeutic thing.

Edit: Just to point out that you really are a troll, your figures for plastic surgery are total bullshit and proof you aren't really serious. Also, 3d models are a waste of time. Surgeons have that technology in the clinics and you can access it with a free consultation.
