Regenepure (Keto Shampoos): How often? Taper on?

The MPB studies I have read used 2% keto shampoo, so I use that. I don't like sulfates but 1-2 washes per week I can live with.

I use Regenepure DR/NT but don't use them both on the same day. Some people have recommended using the NT right after the DR due to the drying effect of Ketoconazole but it really isnt THAT bad. I assume it is only 1% Keto but basically I use the DR once every 4 days and alternate between the NT and another shampoo the other 4 days.

hey brother how's the regenepure been treating you since you started that cycle? is that the only treatment you are using?
